In our room (conditioned) or terrace, in the pool (in season)  the chef, David PRIAM you will discover traditional cuisine and regional :

  • Specialties ardéchoises (creek Ardèche, stomach, confit pork cheek, warm goat cheese salad, or mushroom omelette with mushrooms…)
  • His specialties houses (frogs legs with parsley, gratin ravioli with goat cheese and tomatoes, mille-feuille of fresh foie gras and gingerbread, …)

 We offer a regional menu 17,50 € every day except holidays and menus 28 € ( only Sunday lunch).

Special menus for holidays.

The map and regional dishes will marry with the best raw neighbors : St Joseph, Crozes Hermitage, Chardonnay, Viognier, Chatus ..( also served by the glass)

In aperitif, you can taste a little “Castagnou”, Ardèchois based aperitif of white wine and chestnut liqueur, or a glass of & rsquo; YRISE (sparkling rosé wine from the cellar of Tain’ Hermitage).

Our kitchen Chef fresh products from local and national producers. He renews his weekly slate and menu based on market produce.
